Prof. Jason Davis

My research interests include molecular electronics, nano-scale chemistry and sensory interfaces. My work specific to photonics lies in advanced fluorescence imaging (using doped nanoparticles, live cells and single molecules);  the optical tracking of electron transfer processes at molecular scales through the coupling of redox state to emission; redox switching of emission at electroactive emissive interfaces; and plasmon coupling for emission modulation. We are also very active in magnetic resonance imaging and in the switching of molecular emission.
